You’ll get one complete Business Plan detailing clear business objectives, prioritized quarterly goals, specific action steps and timelines, strategic focus areas for profitability, growth strategies, and more. You’ll also have access to 6 months of Metrique Solutions financial software and all of Michele’s courses.

You will meet with Michele once for your initial consultation (before booking) and your Strategy Session (3-hour or 6-hour options). She also prepares all reports and records a presentation of your strategy for you.

Between pre-work assignments and meetings, Strategy2GO requires about 9-12 hours of your time, spread across several days or weeks, as preferred.

We have two tiers of our Strategy2GO service, which reflect a shorter and longer Strategy Session. The investment ranges from $7,500-$12,500 depending on scope. During your application process, we’ll book an initial consultation to discuss the best fit for your business’s needs.
