Complete our Financial Assessment Assignments, giving us the details we need to evaluate your business’s finances. Then, join Michele for a Kickoff Meeting to clarify details and discuss your goals in depth.
Step 2: Deep Financial Analyses
Michele conducts several types of Financial Analyses (such as a Financial Health Assessment, Profit Analysis, etc.) and invites you to a Progress Meeting to talk through her findings and dive deeper.
Step 3: Financial Roadmap

A business financial assessment is an in depth exam of your company’s financial statements, key performance indicators, cashflow, and other relevant markers of your business’ health.

You will receive a report for each area of your business we are assessing. In addition, you will have key performance indicators along with benchmarks for future growth. Access to Metrique Solutions financial software will also be available.

Yes. Throughout the course of the engagement, there will be 3 meetings with Michele: a Kickoff Meeting, a Progress Meeting, and a Delivery Meeting. Each meeting will have a specific purpose with questions being addressed through the system used to deliver the service as we work through the process together.

Including completing Financial Assessment Assignments and attending meetings with Michele, the entire CFO2GOTM experience requires about 6-8 hours of your dedicated time spread out over several weeks.

We have two tiers of our CFO2GOTM service, which reflect lighter and more robust analyses and reports. The investment ranges from $7,500-$12,500 depending on scope. During your application process, we’ll book an initial consultation to discuss the best fit for your business’s needs.
