• My mind was busy all the time trying to solve problems. I had lack of focus, I wasn't eating properly, I wasn't sleeping enough, just trying to spend those plates and my body started giving out. (7:07)

• Do you have the right people on your team? And more importantly, are they in the right positions? (11:31)
